How to prepare and deliver your talk or poster at ICAIGC 2027

Oral Presentations

Time & Format

Regular paper: 15–20 min talk + 5 min Q&A.
Use 16:9 slides; embed all fonts so text renders correctly.
Bring your presentation as PDF (preferred) and a PowerPoint copy as backup.

On the Day

Arrive at your session room 15 minutes early to meet the session chair.
Upload your file to the session laptop before the session starts.
A clicker and HDMI connection will be provided.

Poster Presentations

Poster Size

Recommended: A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm).
Ensure titles and figures are readable from ~1 meter away.
Print and bring your poster; on-site printing is not guaranteed.

Session

Poster session time will be listed in the Program.
Stand by your poster during the session to discuss with attendees.
Remove your poster promptly after the session ends.

Technical Setup & Policy

Equipment

Each session room provides a laptop (Windows), projector, HDMI/VGA cable, and a presentation clicker. Use the provided laptop or bring your own.

Backup

Keep a copy of your slides on a USB drive and in cloud storage. Test your PDF before the session.

No-Show Policy

At least one author must register and present. Papers without a presenting author may be withdrawn from the proceedings.

Presentation Tips: State your motivation and main contribution early; keep one idea per slide; practice your timing, and end with clear takeaways and a thank-you slide for questions.
