Registration

At least one author of every accepted paper must register to present. Listeners and students are also welcome. Early-bird rates apply until the early registration deadline.

Please read the following notes carefully before completing your registration for ICAIGC 2027.

• Student Rate

  A valid student ID must be presented at the registration desk to enjoy the student rate.

• Additional Papers

  The same first author may register additional accepted papers (up to 2). Each additional paper is charged at the regular author rate.

• Extra Pages

  Papers exceeding the included 6 pages will be charged a fee for each additional page.

• Accompanying Persons

  Family members or colleagues travelling with an author should be registered as listeners.

• Listener Registration

  Listeners may register online through the system, or on-site at the conference registration desk (subject to availability).

Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you. Bank transfers and PayPal incur a 30 USD service fee.

• Online Payment (No Fee)

  Pay securely by Credit Card, VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay or Alipay through the registration system.

• Bank Transfer (+30 USD)

  Transfer to the conference bank account. Please add 30 USD to cover the bank service charge and email the transfer proof to the secretary.

• PayPal (+30 USD)

  Pay via PayPal. A 30 USD service fee applies and should be included in your payment.

• Cash (Listeners, On-site)

  Listeners may pay in cash at the on-site registration desk during the conference.

1. Create or log in to your account

   Open the registration system and sign in, or create a new author / listener account.

2. Fill in the registration form

   Enter your details, select the correct category (author or listener), and indicate your accepted paper ID if applicable.

3. Choose a payment method and pay

   Select one of the available payment methods and complete the payment. Keep your payment proof.

4. Upload confirmation materials

   Send the required materials (listed below) to the conference secretary to finalize your registration.

After payment, please send the following to icaigc_conf@chairmen.org:

• Final Paper

  The camera-ready full paper in both Word / DOCX and PDF formats.

• Payment Proof

  A scanned copy or screenshot of your payment receipt / transaction record.

• Signed Camera-Ready Form

  The copyright and camera-ready instruction form with your signature.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the conference secretary. Refunds are processed as follows (a 30 USD bank service charge applies to all refunds):

• On or before May 31, 2027

  Full refund of the registration fee, minus the 30 USD bank service charge.

• June 1 – July 15, 2027

  50% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus the 30 USD bank service charge.

• After July 15, 2027

  No refund will be issued. Registrations are transferable to another co-author upon request.
