Visa to Malaysia

Malaysia welcomes visitors from most countries. Entry requirements depend on your nationality, so please confirm with the nearest Malaysian embassy or consulate before booking travel. The information below is general guidance only.

Visa-Free Entry

Many nationalities may enter Malaysia without a visa for short visits (commonly up to 90 days). Check the latest list on the official Malaysian immigration portal.

eVISa / Visa

If your country requires a visa, you can often apply online via the Malaysia eVISa system or at a Malaysian mission. Apply early to allow processing time.

Passport Validity

Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and has blank pages for entry/exit stamps.

Invitation Letter

ICAIGC 2027 can issue a personalized invitation letter to support your visa application, available to registered authors and attendees only.

How to Request

Complete your registration and payment first.
Email the secretariat with your request.
Include: full name (as in passport), passport number & nationality, affiliation, paper ID (authors), and planned arrival/departure dates.

Processing

Letters are issued after registration is verified.
Allow several business days for processing.
The letter will be sent as a PDF to your registered email.
